The system includes a temperature-adjustable upper air outlet to control air duct temperatures and improve thickness tolerance by reducing variations. It also features an integrated online thickness measurement system with a low-energy X-ray probe, providing precise measurements of film thickness between 10 μm and 200 μm. The system enhances both new and existing production lines, with components made from aerospace-grade aluminum for durability and precision.
